How do I return a delivery?
In addition to the delivery bill, we also include all the necessary return documents with every shipment. To return an item, you can use the return label and the return form.
And this is how it works:
- Put the item in the package in its original packaging.
- Enclose the return form.
- Stick the return label on the closed package.
- All you have to do is drop off the package at the nearest parcel store or parcel box.

In exceptional cases it may happen that your order is delivered in
several packages. Please make sure that you only return the items listed
on the delivery bill in one package. Otherwise, the allocation and refund
of your return may take a little longer. If you return more than one package,
you will not be charged any additional costs.
