What does used item mean?

Items that are marked as used are part of our new ABOUT YOU category Second Love. There you will find a large selection of second-hand items from a wide range of brands.

Because these items have previously belonged to other people, they have different levels of quality - some are like new, others are already worn but still in perfect condition.

To find out what condition your favorite item is in, just check the product details on the item page. We differentiate according to the following quality grades:

1 = Like new: The item has not been worn, but at most tried on. Some of these items still have their label.

2 = Very good: The item has been worn only a few times and has no or barely visible signs of wear.

3 = Good: The item has been worn but has minimal signs of use.

4 = With blemishes: The item has been worn and has visible signs of use.
